Eight

 Only lost a pound this week. It's, kind of, a bummer after having 2 really good weeks. I guess progress is progress just the same. Bring on week 8!

Today Was Amazing!

I had an amazing run today! My exercise buddy couldn't come with me so I decided to really push myself and my time actually showed all my hard work! I think I ran (actual running!) approximately 1.5 miles (which is big for me!) I shaved off over 10 minutes from my time, and although my legs felt like jelly when I was done I didn't really feel like I was going to die! I hope tomorrow I can drag Adrienne along with me!

Saying Goodbye..

..to 2.5 more pounds! I think I did make my "mini goal" of -15 lbs by 6½ weeks too, which I can't believe because I had a bad eating week. It must have been all the exercise. For the month of March, so far, I have walked/ran 35.68 miles, and burned 2,674 calories! I'm pretty proud of that! And my clothes are finally starting to cooperate, I'm not really down any sizes but I'm really really close! Bring on week seven!!

6 Weeks

There goes another 3.6 pounds! Thank goodness, because that plateau was discouraging. Let's hope it continues. I don't know if I'll be down 15 lbs at 6½ weeks like I was last time, but maybe just maybe. So far I haven't dropped any sizes, which is odd. Six weeks down, six to go.

I'm considering giving up soda. I don't really drink that much anyway (it's always diet), but I think it's just a waste and there is a lot of sodium in it, even in diet. We'll see what my final decision is...

Back down my .5 lb. Which i guess is good. But it's still rather frustrating because A. I don't cheat on my diet at.all! and B. I've been working my butt off (a hour 5-6 times a week). So I don't know what gives. I did have some encouragement this week though. I squeezed myself into a pair of pants I've been wanting to wear for months! *squeezed is the key word* Well progress is progress I guess

I blew my best time out of the water today by 2 minutes and 14 seconds!! So happy about that! It's still not a great time, but  it's progress!
