I had a fairly good weigh in this week. I only gained back 1# from my drastic stomach bug weight drop. So I'm happy with that. I have not ran barely at all though. I did force myself to go on Saturday, but I haven't gone since. :-( I hate when I hit a slump, it has been extremely hot and busy lately. Not to mention added responsibilities (and laundry) from my family being sick and Marc starting online classes. I have to make it a priority again, maybe indoor workouts when it's just to hot to be outside and going to bed early so I can get my run out the way before life gets too hectic. I do really miss it, but I mostly miss the 1 hour a day I get for just me! The weather is nice and I'm ready to go today!

I need motivation!

I haven't gone running for the past 2 days :-( and I don't really feel like going today either. I probably won't have time to go tomorrow so then that will be 4 days in a row which makes Monday awful!!! I think I just need to do it. Maybe some new music is what I need...but what to download?! Any suggestions?

Prepare To Be Amazed!

I just blew my 10 year old's mind so I just thought I'd share it with you as well.

Since February 13th I have walked/ran 178 miles and burned 14,372 calories! It did however take me 61.87 hours to do it though!

So yah, that's a lot!

Week...?

So today's weigh in was AWESOME! However, I'm pretty sure the stomach bug I had yesterday had a large part in the 5lbs I lost. So I'm not counting on all of that staying off (wouldn't that be awesome though?!). As it stands at this very minute I'm am exactly at the weight I was when I got pregnant for Sho. *sigh* Still not the same pant size though. Oh well, one day at a time I suppose.

Bad week! :-( I cheated a lot this weekend and it showed on the scale. I think I gained back 2 lbs or so. My running time today wasn't great either, 4 days off was a bad idea. Oh well, time to get back in the saddle. Here's hoping for better week.

-1.6lbs!!! That was a nice little surprise this morning! And actually my clothes are FINALLY starting to get loose too! If you were to look at my workout calendar on mapmyrun.com you would see that I didn't clock very many miles last week. But I did work really hard, doing OTHER things this week. Sometimes I get discouraged with my running because the process is SO slow and I don't see drastic results. But then I head out to the softball field and realize, "I'm not in terrible shape after all", because I can run and run around that place without wanting to die or really being winded! I love that!
