Progress

Went running Thursday and today!

I was slow, but I made it and I'm happy I went!

My running hiadus has made me forget some of my little tricks
  1. Chew gum to help with dry mouth
  2. Make sure iPod is fully charged so it doesn't die half way through your run.
  3. Stretch before and AFTER (holy sore legs!)
  4. Wear gloves when the temperature is 30°
  5. Find some new running music to pump you up!
