Back down my .5 lb. Which i guess is good. But it's still rather frustrating because A. I don't cheat on my diet at.all! and B. I've been working my butt off (a hour 5-6 times a week). So I don't know what gives. I did have some encouragement this week though. I squeezed myself into a pair of pants I've been wanting to wear for months! *squeezed is the key word* Well progress is progress I guess
