Here We Go Again.

Marc is joining me on my South Beach Diet adventure this time. It's day 3 and the whining has waned slightly. :-) I'm DETERMINED to get to my goal this time, I have set 8 week (for 16 months) goals and hopefully my goal-oriented nature helps me reach those. 

I read in a magazine that losing weight is 70% diet, 30% exercise. Since I'm just coming off an injury I'm going to put that statistic to the test. Besides working out 4 days a week didn't help me reach it. 

So here's to another 11 days on phase 1 and many more on phase 2. Wish us luck!
