I had a fairly good weigh in this week. I only gained back 1# from my drastic stomach bug weight drop. So I'm happy with that. I have not ran barely at all though. I did force myself to go on Saturday, but I haven't gone since. :-( I hate when I hit a slump, it has been extremely hot and busy lately. Not to mention added responsibilities (and laundry) from my family being sick and Marc starting online classes. I have to make it a priority again, maybe indoor workouts when it's just to hot to be outside and going to bed early so I can get my run out the way before life gets too hectic. I do really miss it, but I mostly miss the 1 hour a day I get for just me! The weather is nice and I'm ready to go today!
