2 week progress
My weigh in on Monday showed that I lost another 3-4 lbs! Yeah! So I'm down a grand total of 8-9 lbs! I can't wait for my clothes to start showing my progress. I also haven't cheated AT.ALL! Every time I want to eat something bad I tell myself "it took you all this time and sacrifice to get down, do you really want to stop now?" Yes I'll admit it, I give myself an internal pep talk now and then (a.k.a. several times a day).I'm up to quickly walking a 5K, a very hilly 5K! Which was one of my goals. My next goal is to run some of it!
