I lost another pound! But I wish it had been more because I worked out 6 days last week, and didn't cheat at all. My brain knows that it's probably that I'm building muscle and it weighs more then fat, but it's still frustrating. Oh well, I'm going to keep it up and see what happens this week. However, I ran out of time to work out yesterday and I take Sundays off, so I'll only be able to exercise 5 days this week. I found mapmyrun.com this week, that site is really awesome! I wish I had an iPhone so I could take advantage of their App, but for now I'm just using my computer and a stop watch (why do I feel so "old school" saying that?!). Here's to a hopeful massive drop next week!
